The phrase ‘Anns An T-Seann Doigh’ means ‘In The Traditional Way’ in Scots Gaelic, This is Bruichladdich's first fully organic expression and certified by the Soil Association, an organisation that makes sure the organic process and ingredients are maintained throughout, the expression consists of 15000 bottles. Once opened the aromas of barley, apple and pear, and the palate is vanilla, cereals, and black pepper with a medium long finish of oak and pepper.
