Distilled in 2011 at the acclaimed Daftmill farm in Fife, this single cask expression was matured exclusively in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel. Every drop tells the story of the farm’s own estate-grown barley, harvested in 2009 and patiently refined over fourteen years of cask maturation. The resulting spirit offers a refined and authentic profile, embodying the traditional craftsmanship of the Lowland landscape from our home in Glasgow.
