Distilled in 2019, the Holyrood Arrival marks the inaugural release from this Edinburgh-based distillery, celebrated for its unique heritage-inspired profile. This vibrant expression is matured in a complex marriage of Oloroso butts, Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, bourbon barrels, and rum barriques to create a sophisticated and layered character. Bottled at 46.1% ABV, it offers a contemporary taste experience that pays tribute to the city’s historic brewing and glassmaking traditions.
