A rare single cask release from The English Whisky Company’s Founders Private Cellar series, distilled on August 1st, 2007 and bottled on June 24th, 2014. This 7-year-old single malt was crafted by distillers Iain Henderson and David Fitt, drawn from a peated sherry cask and bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.3% ABV. Limited to just 238 bottles. Full-bodied, smoky, and richly sherried, it represents a unique fusion of Islay-style peat and elegant English craftsmanship. Non-chill filtered and uncolored.
